Tiger Adventure to the Carrizo Plains National Monument

Our first "real" adventure in the Tiger - we took it up to Santa Cruz and camped in the redwoods near Henry Cowell state park for Ethan's cousins wedding. On our way home, we decided to extend our vacation and spend the night in Carrizo Plain national monument. What a good decision! The area is experiencing an amazing bloom! We camped on a bluff overlooking the Temblor Range and this was the view from the Tiger. Yay!

View from out the back of the Tiger towards the Temblor Range. We parking the Tiger on a bluff overlooking the colorful blooms on the Temblor Range - spectacular location!
View out the kitchen window!

Temblor Range

Down in the Carrizo Plain Valley, just south of Soda Lake. Fields of yellow coreopsis!

Right off 7-mile road as we were leaving Carrizo Plain.
